1. Call the meeting to order. Welcome new Board Member Barbara Redmond. Elect new Board Chairman

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 25, 2020 meeting.

3. Set tax mil rate for 2020 taxes.

4. Review Recreation Department snack shack steel roof bid specifications and make suggestions for amendment (if any).

5. Discuss possible events and activities to celebrate the town’s 250th birthday.

6. Renew Treasurer’s Disbursement Policies (update with new Board Member’s name).

7. Discuss and possibly complete MMA Legislative Policy Committee ballot.

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants.

9. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report

10. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

11. Adjourn
