2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 20, 2013 and June 28, 2013 meetings.

3. Review and possibly award the Metal Roof and Ridge Vent bid for the Town Office.

4. Review and possibly award the Public Works truck bid.

5. Public hearing prior to the adoption of the revised versions of the General Assistance Ordinance Appendices.

6. Discuss the possible establishment of a Capital Expenses Committee.

7. Discuss whether an employee summer picnic will be held this year.

8. Cast a ballot for MMA Vice President and Executive Committee Members.

9. Reports:

c. Financial Report
d. Police Report

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
