3. China Selectman Neil Farrington to discuss Broadband access.

4. Code Officer Dick Dolby to discuss possible dangerous building condition at Brock’s Trailer Park.

5. Sign quit claim deed for the sale of tax-acquired property located at 1005 Main Street.

6. Discuss reinvestment of Certificate of Deposit that will mature on 7/19/18.

7. Review Personnel Handbook and discuss possible changes.

8. Discuss long range planning.

9. Discuss fund balance policy revisions.

10. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. First Responders’ Report
c. Police Report
d. Transfer Station Report

11. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
