1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the January 9, 2020 meeting.

3. Review and possibly adopt the revised Drug & Alcohol Policy.

4. Discuss request from Mike Vashon to match from town surplus an amount equal to fire truck donations he has solicited and received.

5. Review and discuss latest draft of the Request for Proposal as prepared by the Solar Committee.

6. Discuss and provide guidance to the Town Treasurer on Certificate of Deposit renewal.

7. Sign Resolution to authorize the credit card application that was approved at the 1/9/20 meeting. (This resolution is required by the Credit Union along with application.)

8. Liquor license renewal for Natanis Golf Course and Club House.

9. Selectman Browne to discuss scheduling conflict he has with the March 19th meetings.

10. Reports:

a. Road Report

11. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants.

12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

13. Adjourn
