1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the January 6, 2021 meeting.

3. Progress report from CEO Ryan Page on the dangerous building located at 14 Priest Hill Road.

4. Mike Vashon to present request for town meeting warrant article to fund replacement of SCBA.

5. Librarian Brian Stanley and Library Trustees to discuss draft Library Budget Proposal for next year.

6. Discuss and possibly adopt rules for the Town Forest and Red Brook Trails.

7. Discuss creation of a background check policy (revisited).

8. Discuss possible formation of a Solar Ordinance Committee to write an ordinance to regulate the decommissioning of solar arrays, to be proposed to the voters for adoption in 2022 (revisited).

9. Discuss ARPA funding use requests, and possible Premium Pay distribution for staff and volunteers (revisited).

10. Discuss possible RFP process to price the installation of heat pumps at the town office (revisited).

11. Reports:

12. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.

13. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.

14. Executive session pursuant to 36 MRSA Section 841 to discuss an abatement request.
