1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the December 14, 2017 meeting.

3. Joe Presti to finalize purchase of the twelve tax-acquired parcels in the subdivision on Ilona Drive.

4. Discuss with Town emergency responders, the Town of Vassalboro’s emergency response during the October wind storm.

5. Review and sign CDBG letter of intent on behalf of the Vassalboro Sanitary District.

6. Sign renewal of the Outlet Dam operations agreement with Kennebec Water District.

7. Review list of 2015 tax liens that will mature to foreclosure in February 2018.

8. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
c. First Responders’ Report
d. Financial Report

9. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

10. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
