1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the December 10, 2020 meeting.
3. Town Attorney Kristin Collins to discuss proposed draft amendments to the Marijuana Ordinance, and a question/answer session with the Board regarding proposed amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance.
4. Review and possibly award bids received for the Gray Road culvert replacement project.
5. Susan Taylor to discuss ownership status of the Vassalboro Library.
6. Conservation Commission Members to discuss several topics:

a. Chris French – reducing organic wastes through composting.
b. Holly Weidner – Nationwide carbon fee and dividend program
c. Steve Jones- status of the reinstatement of the plunge pool on Cross Hill Road.

7. Discuss Conservation Commission vacancy and possibly appoint Peggy Horner who has expressed a willingness to serve.
8. Discuss Trails Committee vacancy and possibly appoint Paul Mitnik who has expressed a willingness to serve.
9. Gene Field to discuss and compare parity of the town employee’s wage and benefits to the school’s town employee’s wage and benefit packages.

10. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
c. Financial Report
d. Transfer Station Report

11. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.
12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
13. Adjourn
