1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the December 9, 2021 meeting.
3. Conduct a Hearing pursuant to 17 MRSA 2851-2859 to determine if the building owned by Chad Caron, located at 14 Priest Hill Road, is dangerous or a nuisance.

4. Discuss creation of a background check policy (revisited).
5. Discuss possible formation of a Solar Ordinance Committee to write an ordinance to regulate the decommissioning of solar arrays, to be proposed to the voters for adoption in 2022.

6. Discuss ARPA funding use requests, and possible Premium Pay distribution for staff and volunteers.
7. Discuss Conservation Commission’s letter of request to Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to assume maintenance of the trail leading to Spectacle Pond.

8. Discuss possible RFP process to price the installation of heat pumps at the town office.
9. Sign CMP pole permit.
10. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report

11. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.
12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.

a. Discuss a request from the Fire Department (FD) for $1,000 in matching funds to be paid to the FD for their SCBA replacement reserve fund. The matching funds would need to be paid from surplus.

13. Adjourn
