1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the December 9, 2010 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Discuss recreation program funding and whether the Town Office should assume bookkeeping duties for all related revenues and expenses.
b. Discuss needed repairs to the China Lake dam gates and gatehouse.
c. Sign gravedigger application form for Fred Bragdon.

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Police Report
d. Financial Report

5. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

7. Executive session to discuss a personnel matter pursuant to 1 MRSA, Section 405, subsection 6(a).

8. Adjourn.
