1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the February 11, 2009 meeting.

3. Treasurer’s Warrants: #50 and #51

4. Reports:
a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

5. New Business:
a. Public Works Director Gene Field – to discuss paving projects for 2009 and any other road issues of interest to the Selectmen.
b. Appeal Hearing – Sarah and Richard Luce
c. Review draft of the Nudity Ordinance being considered for adoption at the June Town Meeting.
d. Discussion on the desired contents of the proposed Sign Ordinance.
e. Update on Webber Pond boat launch renovations planned by Dept. of Conservation.
f. Discuss possible reduction in the number of positions on the Budget Committee.
g. Sign delinquent dog license warrant.

6. Other items as may be presented by Town Manager or Select Board.

7. Adjourn.

After this meeting, the Selectmen plan to conduct the work session on the budget that was cancelled on 2/18/09.
