2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the February 7, 2019 meeting.

3. Charter Communications (Cable TV) representative Shelley Winchenbach to discuss our franchise renewal.

4. Mike Vashon to request the start of a reserve fund for digital radios for the emergency services department.

5. Discuss further developments in the emergency services dispatch options (if any).

6. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Financial Report
c. Transfer Station Report

7. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

8. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

9. Discuss proposed budget for FY 2019-20.
