1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the February 4, 2021 meeting.
3. Discuss and possibly approve the revised draft of the Marijuana Ordinance as the final draft, which will set the retroactivity date once the Ordinance is finally adopted by the voters.

4. Al Hodsdon to present ideas for Transfer Station Renovations.
5. Budget Deliberations (if any) on the proposed FY21-22 budget and process.
6. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Financial Report

7. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.
8. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
9. Adjourn
