2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the January 15, 2015 meeting.

3. William & Sharon Coolahan to discuss possible acquisition of the town-owned property that abuts their property on Arnold Road off Webber Pond Road.

4. Discuss possible new three year contract for alewife harvester Ron Weeks.

5. Discuss proposal for increase in building permit fees.

6. Renew liquor license for Natanis Golf Course.

7. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
c. First Responders
d. Financial Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

1. FD members to discuss dispatch expense.
2. Funding for new PW truck.
3. Request for rental of town office for first aid/CPR class.

10. Distribute proposed budget for FY 2015-16.

11. Executive session pursuant to 36 MRSA Section 841.

12. Adjourn.
