3. Matt Weaver of First Advisors to provide an annual update on the Town’s investment portfolio.

4. Review and renewal of the Investment Policy.

5. Review and provide comment on draft Alewife Harvest bid specifications.

6. Discuss tax bill for Town gravel pit in China, Maine.

7. Discuss possible Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce membership.

8. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report

9. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

10. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

11. Distribute first draft of the proposed 2018-19 budget.

12. Adjourn
