1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the January 21, 2021 meeting.
3. Conservation Commission Member Holly Weidner to present revised resolution for Board approval.
4. Fire Chief Walker Thompson and Mike Vashon to present fundraising ideas for the fire department. An update on the condition of the boiler in the North Fire Station may also be presented.
5. Discuss Monument Park sign.
6. Chairman Melrose will provide an update on Rt. #32 North Village rehabilitation.
7. Discuss theme for upcoming Town Report (revisited).
8. Discuss revised draft of the Marijuana Ordinance.
9. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report

10. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.
11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
12. Distribute proposed budget packets for FY21-22.
13. Adjourn
