3. Open and possibly award tax sale bid for tax acquired property located at 159 Cushnoc Road.

4. Transfer Station Manager George Hamar to present a plan for the Swap Shed program.

5. Discuss and possibly adopt revisions to the Personnel Handbook.

6. Renew Liquor Licenses for Natanis Golf Course.

7. Discuss terms and process to renew the alewife harvester contract.

8. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Police Report

9. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

10. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

11. Executive session pursuant to 36 MRSA, Section 841 to discuss an abatement request.

12. Adjourn.
