1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the December 8, 2022 meeting.
3. The Vassalboro Board of Selectmen will hear public comment on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Vassalboro Town Office (682 Main St.) on issuance of the following Medical Marijuana Business License applications:

6. Sign appointment papers for new Town Manager Aaron Miller, effective 1/3/23.
7. Discuss reinvestment options for a Share Certificate at the Credit Union that will mature on 1/19/23.
8. Discuss and possible approve BYOB permit for a wedding planned on 1/4/23 at the St. Bridget Center.

10. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.
11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.
