1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the December 2, 2009 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Bob Whittemore – Discuss the hobby of geocaching and to request permission to hide a cache on the Town’s island in Webber Pond.
b. Cemetery Committee – Discuss establishing a new section in the North Vassalboro Cemetery.
c. Discuss possible change in Selectmen’s meeting night from Wednesday to Thursday.

b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

5. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
