1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the November 16, 2017 meeting.

3. Joe Presti to finalize purchase of the twelve tax-acquired parcels in the subdivision on Ilona Drive.

4. Review and discuss proposed Building Permit Ordinance amendments with Code Officer Dick Dolby.

5. Review and discuss land use violation enforcement cases with Code Officer Dick Dolby.

6. Review draft Solid Waste Hauling bid specifications.

7. Consider waiving procurement policy for specialized cemetery stone repair work in Cross Hill Cemetery.

8. Review of Elected Officials Workshop training class recently attended by Selectmen and Manager.

9. Discuss projected cost for reminder postcard mailing.

10. Review tentative budget committee meeting schedule and timeline.

11. Discuss and possibly approve plans for a holiday luncheon for staff to be held on 12/22/17.

12. Decide whether to meet on December 28th (next regular schedule meeting date).
