1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the November 14, 2019 meeting.

3. Matt Streeter to provide update on Outlet Stream Dam fishway planning and seek Board approval of Construction License Agreement.

4. Mike Poulin to request amendments be proposed to the TIF Development Plan at the Annual Town Meeting.

5. Discuss recycling and the proposed municipal resolution in support of LD 1431.

6. John Melrose will provide an update on the work on the Solar Array Committee.

7. Discuss and possibly sign BYOB permit for an event to be held at the St. Bridget Center on 1/11/19.

8. Renew Treasurer’s disbursement policies for Town Wages and Benefit Expenses and Education Related Expenses.

9. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
c. Transfer Station Report
d. Treasurer’s Report

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants.

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
