** Time is approximate. The meeting will convene after the Selectmen return from the AOS Budget Meeting that is scheduled for this evening at 6:00 p.m. at Winslow High School.

1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the November 18, 2010 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Discuss and vote on Registrar of Voters renewal appointment (two-year term).
b. Discuss second December meeting date.
c. Sign CMP pole permit request.

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Police Report

5. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

6. Executive session pursuant to 36 MRSA Section 841(2) to deliberate over an abatement.

7. Adjourn.
