1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the November 15, 2018 meeting.

3. Rick Denico with inquiries of the work and goals of the Budget Committee for the upcoming budget season.

4. Discuss further developments in the emergency services dispatch options (if any).

5. Review and possibly adopt the revised version of the Police Chief’s job description (revisited from 10/18/18, 11/1/18, and 11/15/18 mtgs.).

6. Selectman John Melrose to provide a verbal report on solar array research he has performed.

7. Discuss draft photocopier bid specs.

8. Discuss possible holiday luncheon for staff on Friday, December 21st at noon.

9. Reports:

c. First Responders Report
d. Financial Report

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
