1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the July 12, 2018 and August 6, 2018 meetings.

3. Public Hearing – Possible declaration of Dangerous Building conditions for structure located on the Brock Road.

4. Leon Cummings to inquire about the use of Ilona Drive as a right-of-way access to his land.

5. Tom Richards to discuss rubbish removal process at the transfer station.

6. Discuss proposal to sell old unusable roll-off containers located at the transfer station.

7. Discuss future plans for the single stream recycling program.

8. Revisit proposed changes to the Personnel Handbook.

9. Discuss possible tree placement and enhancements at the park beside the Historical Society.

10. Consider write-off of uncollectible personal property taxes assessed to Paul Morneau.

11. Department Reports: Road Report, First Responders’ Report, Police Report, Transfer Station Report, and Treasurer’s Report.

12. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

13. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
