1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the July 23, 2020 meeting.

3. Engineer Al Hodsdon to provide an update on his redesign plans for the transfer station.

4. Discuss and possibly award snack shack steel roof bid.

5. Discuss and possibly award 2007 Chevy Impala Police Cruiser bid.

6. Discuss possible events and activities to celebrate the town’s 250th birthday and sign appointment papers for those appointed to serve on the Committee.

7. Sign appointment paper for Charlie Plourde who has agreed to serve a term on the Recreation Committee.

8. Discuss lost vacation time for PW Director Gene Field and Bookkeeper Jean Poulin to consider reinstatement or payout.

9. Discuss and possibly complete MMA Executive Committee ballot.

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants.

11. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
c. Financial Report

12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

13. Adjourn
