2 Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the July 22, 2010 and August 5, 2010 meetings.

a. Discuss plan for developing a Loitering Ordinance and other necessary discussion concerning the residents’ interest in forming a Community Crime Watch Program.
b. Jackie Reny to provide an update on the Vassalboro Business Association activities.
c. Discuss resident request for an additional street light on Cemetery Street.
d. Discuss letter from KVCOG regarding development of a Comprehensive Plan.

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Police Report

5. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
