1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 29, 2017 meeting.

3. Donald Lagasse to discuss damage to his boat motor and trailer that occurred at China Lake Boat Launch on July 26, 2017.

4. PW Director Gene Field to discuss road paving depth and options.

5. Discuss and possibly award the bid to survey the new section of the Cross Hill Cemetery.

6. Discuss disposal of the tax acquired subdivision lots on Ilona Drive.

7. Discuss the inquiry from Shirley Lacy about how Kilburn Lane acquired its name.

8. Discuss and set the mil rate for FY 2017-18.

9. Discuss and possibly re-sign appointment papers for some of the Planning and Appeals Boards members to correct term expiration errors on the appointment papers signed in June 2017.

10. Cast a ballot in the MMA election for Executive Committee and Vice-Presidency positions.

11. Discuss and possibly sign a Personal Property abatement for tax years 2011-2015 for John Green Paving, who went out of business in 2010.
