1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the April 16, 2020 meeting.

3. Discuss and possibly vote to sign the Power Purchase Agreement contract as prepared by Attorney Aga Dixon.

4. Matt Streeter to discuss final fishway design for Outlet Stream Dam.

5. Review and possibly vote to sign the draft Town Meeting Warrant.

6. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Transfer Station Manager’s Report
c. Treasurer’s Report

7. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

8. Adjourn
