1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the April 15, 2021 meeting.

3. Public Hearing on the proposed Marijuana Business Ordinance that is being proposed to the voters for adoption at the polls on June 8, 2021.

4. John Green to discuss his request for a key to access the transfer station facility after hours.

5. Review and possibly award the school generator bids.

6. Review and sign June 7-8, 2021 Town Meeting Warrant.

7. Sign quit claim deed for Thomas Ibbitson to return tax acquired property after payment of taxes in full.

8. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Financial Report

9. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.

10. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

11. Adjourn
