2. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the April 15, 2010 meeting.
   
   
3. New Business:
   a. Public Hearing on the proposed Floodplain Management Ordinance revisions.
   b. Public Hearing on the proposed Enforcement and Appeals Ordinance revisions.
   c. Public Hearing and possible adoption of the Order to Discontinue the Barrows Road and remove the public easement.
   d. First reading of the draft town meeting warrant articles.
   e. Update on MDOT sidewalk planning grant.
   f. Sign quit claim deed for Daren Rodrique for an undischarged tax lien from 1996.
   g. Discuss and gauge level of interest in sponsoring a new and relocated China Lake Boat Launch in conjunction with the Kennebec Water District and the Dept. of Conservation.
