1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the April 11, 2013 meeting.

3. Jeff LaCasse and Jim Hart of Kennebec Water District - to discuss their desire to approach the BEP to request changes in the China Lake drawdown regimen in an attempt to reduce levels of phosphorus in the lake.

4. Review draft of the Annual Town Meeting Warrant and make any necessary changes.

5. Set dates for July and August Selectmen’s meetings.

6. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

7. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

8. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

9. Adjourn.
