3. Engineer Al Hodsdon to discuss with the Board the scope of work desired for his engineering study to be performed at the Transfer Station.

4. Discuss delaying interest accrual date for 4/27/20 payment.

5. Discuss Town Meeting dates and options.

6. Further budget discussion and deliberation, if needed.

7. Discuss Draft Town Meeting Warrant Articles.

8. Appoint Meridith Cain to the Trail Committee

9. Reports:

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants.

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
