1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the April 1, 2021 meeting.

3. Review and discuss proposed town meeting warrant articles.

4. Update on recent discussion with MDOT regarding entering into a Municipal Partnership Initiative Agreement with them for a paving and sidewalk restoration project in the North Village area.

5. Chairman Melrose to provide update on land use agreement with Kennebec Water District.

6. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
7. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.

8. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

9. Adjourn
