1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the April 1, 2010 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Discuss and possibly award the paving bids.
b. Discuss plan to discontinue the Barrows Road and remove the public easement (revisited).
c. Discuss and accept resignations of Recreation Committee Members and one alternate member of the Planning Board. Discuss possible replacements and make new appointments, if appropriate.
d. Discuss MMA Executive Committee election process.
e. Discuss possible removal of the rail fence at China Lake Park and Historical Society.

4. Reports:

a.Status Report
b.Road Report
c.Financial Report

5. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

7. Adjourn.
