1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the March 17, 2022 meeting.
3. Possible zoom executive session conference with Town Attorney Kristin Collins pursuant to 1 MRSA 405(6)(C).
4. CEO Ryan Page to discuss possible increases in Building Permit Fees and Marijuana Business Ordinance Fees.
5. Review and possibly approve the Spectacle Pond Trail Agreement.
6. Discuss and possibly adopt the Compensation Administration Policy.
7. Review and suggest amendments to first draft of the Background Check Policy.
8. Review and suggest amendments to the first draft of the Recreation Director Job Description.
9. Discuss MRC request for credit assistance to purchase the former Fiberight Plant.
10. Discuss possible addition of a straw poll question concerning a Solar Ordinance to the town meeting warrant.
11. Review and suggest amendments to the first draft of the Annual Town Meeting Warrant.
12. Approve list of Election Workers for 2022-2024 as presented by the Town Clerk.
13. Reports:

14. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.
15. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.
