1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the March 21, 2019 meeting.

3. Discuss solar array article for town meeting warrant.

4. Discuss Riverside Station acquisition article for town meeting warrant, and lease back agreement arrangement with the Riverside Hose Company.

5. Discuss survey of the transfer station layout and driveway entrance.

6. Revisit discussion on sidewalks in the North Village area.

7. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

10. Adjourn (this meeting to be followed by a Budget Committee meeting at 7:00 p.m.)
