1. Call the meeting to order

2. Review revised FY 2015-16 budget proposal.

3. Review and possibly adopt a Fund Balance Policy.

4. Review and possibly adopt a resolution concerning the recommendations of the Capital Expenses Committee.

5. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

6. Adjourn. The Selectmen will meet with the Budget Committee at approximately 7:00 p.m. immediately following this meeting.
