Map 19 Lot 14Expansion of an existing 6 x 10 deck is proposed. Mr Fisher indicated the deck will be expanded to 14 x 14 rather than the 12 x 16 indicated on the applicant. The 16 foot length comes close to not meeting the 20 foot property line setback. CEO Mitnik indicated that there has not previously been an expansion on this structure. The 1012 sf footprint is within the 30% allowance of the footprint (1139 sf). Handicapped ramp will not be counted as part of the expansion. Motion to approve by Doug Phillips; Seconded by Betsy Poulin; Approved 5-0.

Replacement of a mobile home and expansion of a deck. An existing 12 x 55 mobile home is proposed to be replaced by a 14 x 66 mobile home. The length will be expanded towars an existing cleared area. No trees will be removed. A 4 x 10 and 3 x 12 deck will be removed. 10 x 20 Deck to be expanded to 10 x 29. Not practical to move mobile home back further from Webber Pond due to slope, location of road and septic tank behind mobile home, and removal of trees would be necessary. Expansion results in 1214 sf foot print which meets the 30% allotment (1216 sf) Motion to approve by Doug Phillips, Seconded by Betsy Poulin; Approved 5-0.

Future CEO, LPI, BI, AO Ryan page Introduced. Medical Marijuana Licensing and Automobile Graveyard Licensing discussed.
