MINUTES
May 6, 2014

Present: Ginny Bracket (Chair), Marianne Hubert, Betsy Poulin,
Doug Phillips and Robert T. Folsom Sr. (CEO/LPI)
Absent: Sally Butler, Don Robbins

1. Meeting started at 7:00 PM.

2. Ginny Bracket made a motion to accept the minutes of the April 1, 2014 Vassalboro Planning Board Meeting. The motion was seconded by Doug Phillips. Vote: All in favor.

3. Debra McLaughlin of 318 Cray Road (Map 8 Lot 85) requested approval for mobile home placement in the Commercial Limited Residential Zone (Stream Protection). Discussion followed. Marianne Hubert made a motion to approve. Seconded by Doug Phillips. Vote: All in favor.

4. Allen Craig of 25 Plummer Road requested approval for a major renovation in the Shoreland Zone (Webber Pond/Map 19 Lot 26). Discussion followed. Doug Phillips made a motion to approve. Motion was seconded by Marianne Hubert. Vote: All in favor.

5. Leon and Cindy Dudley of 124 Park Lane requested approval for a storage shed in the Shoreland Zone (ThreeMilePond/Map 13 Lot 11). Discussion followed. Doug Phillips made a motion to approve the building permit. Motion seconded by Marianne Hubert. Vote: All in favor.

6. Eric L. Busque of 18 Alpine Street presented a Building Permit Application for a storage shed in the Shoreland Zone (Stream Protection Residential/Map 3 Lot 74). Ginny Bracket recused herself from voting. Discussion followed. Marianne Hubert made a motion to approve permit. Motion was seconded by Betsy Poulin. Vote: 1 abstained, 3 in favor.

7. Ginny Brackett made a motion to adjourn. Doug Phillips seconded the motion.
Vote: All in favor. Meeting adjourned.
