Site Review Shoreland Zoning
Kevin & Brenda O’Connor
After a review an addition of 80 SF was approved
Foundation not to exceed 4 ft in height
Approved 4x8 deck and platform- all in favor 5/0

General discussion on Ordinances
Doug mentioned budgeted item for assistance to review and upgrade ordinances are included annual warrant for Town Meeting in June

General discussion on Subdivision
Ginny wants to make sure the road ordinance is also reviewed
No further discussion
