Meeting began at 7:00 p.m.

The Board reviewed the application and found it complete.
The Board then went thru the requirements for the district and found the project was equal to or less than 15% increase in size and could be done within the requirements of the ordinance. There were no abutters present.

The application was approved by a vote with all members of the board voting in favor.

No other business was conducted adjourned at 8:30 pm
