1. Call Planning Board Meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

2. The Board received the minutes of the regular meeting held on 6/6/2017.

3. The Applicant, Richard S. Behr of 22 Trisha Ln. Map 2, Lot 30-5 did not attend as he had not been able to notify all of his abutters.

4. Don & Linda Lathrop of 138 Park Lane presented their request to install a 4’X8’ roof over an existing landing accessing the stairs on the side of their property. The Board reviewed the proposal and determined the request was or could be considered “repair/maintenance” as it was over an existing landing and did not constitute an increase.

A motion was made by: Marianne Stevens
Seconded by: Sally Butler
Vote: Passed

There were detailed discussions regarding the potential increase available. While the discussions were positive the present application did not address these issues and the applicants were advised they should make a future application if they desired to.

5. Charles Blackenstose of 59 Berry Rd. presented his request to increase the existing structure by 15%, the calculations were reviewed and the increase of 120 square feet was verified.
A motion was made by: Marianne Stevens
Seconded by: Sally Butler
Vote: Passed

The applicant inquired about the possibility of increasing the expansion to allow an additional 6” to accommodate a 12’X12’ room. The Board explained the 15% was the maximum limit available.

6. The Board moved to adjourn and voted to accept the motion.
