  1. Call Planning Board Meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
  2. The Board received the minutes of all the regular meetings held: Jan - Dec 2017, they will review them for errors or omissions during the coming month
  3. The Applicant, Richard S. Behr of 22 Trisha Ln. Map 2, Lot 30-5 explained he also owned a back lot which is not part of the Hidden Heights Subdivision. His home is on the back lot with a driveway over the parcel within the subdivision. It is of interest to him to have a surveyor define the area to be retained as his driveway and separate it from Lot 30-5 and subsequently offer the lot for sale. It was noted that there was sufficient lot area to create a separate driveway and still retain sufficient area to observe the necessary setback required of the property lines etc.
  4. The Board outlined the procedure for submission of a modification to the subdivision and the details required on the plan to be reviewed and approved by them.
  5. The Board discussed the upcoming budget cycle and noted the shoreland zoning map may benefit from some review, particularly why some individual areas are designated in the present manner.
  6. The Board moved to adjourn and voted to accept the motion.
  7. Adjourned, 8:30 P.M.
