MINUTES
February 4, 2014

Present: Ginny Bracket (Chair), Sally Butler, Betsy Poulin, Doug Phillips, Don Robbins, and Robert T. Folsom Sr. (CEO/LPI)

Absent: Marianne Hubert

1. Meeting started at 7:00 PM.

2. Mike Chick of MainEx, 932 Riverside Drive, Augusta, ME 04330 was also in attendance with his Administrative Assistant, Dedra for a pre-application conference with the Planning Board. He distributed a Preliminary Meeting Agenda for their Business Application. (Copy attached.) They will be on the March 4, 2014 Vassalboro Planning Board Agenda to present their Site Review Application and business permit application.

3. It was noted by Mr. Chick that MainEx on 2/24/14 will submit an Intent to Harvest form to the Maine Forestry Department. Once it is approved by the Maine Forestry Department they will begin clearing trees for a driveway and a lay-down area for aggregates (10-15 acres off the road).

4. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
