1. Call Planning Board Meeting to order.

Map 12, Lot 4

Presentation by Mr. Welch of the scope of the subdivision, description of conversion of space in the main building to four (4) independent apartments.
Description of future conversion of spaces within the attached single story wing into an additional five (5) independent apartments. The total number of units are set at nine (9).
The Board reviewed the items required by the subdivision ordinance in light of the materials submitted by the Welch’s.
