1. Call Planning Board Meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

2. The Board received the minutes of all the regular meetings held: October 9th and 21st 2017, Motion to accept as written, Marianne Stevens, Seconded by Doug Phillips

3. The Applicant, Marilyn Hudzina with the assistance of her contractor Mr. Vickers presented the proposal to install a new home on the lot in question. The structure is beyond the 100’ setback and as such the Motion was made to approve the proposal by Doug Phillips, Seconded by Marianne Stevens. Vote: All in favor.

4. The Applicant Troy LaBreck presented his proposal to operate a repair and sales facility that will cover vehicles, motor sports (ATV, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles). The Board reviewed the site plan and clarified where vehicles would potentially be stored. The Board inquired if there would be a dumpster on site. Mr LaBreck stated he expected there should be one. The motion to approve was made by Doug Phillips, Seconded by Sally Butler. The Board attached two conditions to the approval:

a.) The abutter notification will be presented to the CEO, prior to authorization of occupancy,
b.) The dumpster will be enclosed in a fenced area.

The Motion to approve with conditions passed All in favor.

5. The Board moved to adjourn and voted to accept the motion.

6. Adjourned, 8:30 P.M.
