1. Call Planning Board Meeting to order.
2. Approval of previous minutes:
   January 14, 2014 (Motion/Second/Vote)
   Febuary 4, 2014 (Motion/Second/Vote)
3. Public Hearing for the proposed SUBDIVISION
   Amendments. The following questions need to be
   determined.
   
   1. Does the Planning Board want the proposed
      Ordinance to be a referendum (secret vote)
      or an open old fashion on the floor Town
      meeting vote?
   2. Which date shall the Planning Board request
      that the selectmen have a public hearing?
      Note: The public hearing must be held 10 days prior To the vote.
