Ben Murray, P.E. presented the noise study conducted by Coffin Engineering of the Burleigh Rd site. Location of vehicles and of test points were identified. The results were below the maximum noise level noted in the ordinance.

The location of the proposed parking was reviewed, it was noted that the applicant had indicated parking along the southern property line would not be used. The P. B. asked the Applicant to make a note to that effect on the plan of record and sign and date it.

The location of signage was reviewed, it was noted that the Applicant had indicated a free standing sign along the southern property line that would not be installed. The Applicant noted the only sign would be a wall sign on the southern wall of the building. The P. B. asked the Applicant to make a note to that effect on the plan of record and sign and date it.

The P. B. members discussed the traffic access, time of operations. The Applicant noted the project did not intend to access the full length of the Burleigh Rd. but primarily the southern access adjacent the connection to Route 201. Doug Philips noted it would be helpful if signs were erected on Route 201 that indicated “Trucks Turning”.
The P. B. requested the Applicant or his agent (Coffin Engineering) contact MDOT and explore the placement of the signs. The applicant noted that MDOT would be contacted and if they advised or permitted the placement of the requested signs they would be erected as requested.
