   An expansion of a non-conforming structure adjacent to Webber Pond is being proposed for the John Boyne property involving raising the roof to allow more head space upstairs. No change is proposed in the floor area footprint. Two new dormers will be added. The upstairs is currently being used as 1 bedroom and no new bedrooms are being proposed.

   A discussion on what additional items need to be included on site plans signed by the Planning Board.
