3. Shoreland Zoning Ordinance The re-zoning designations for Resource Protection Districts did not have the required notification of landowners. As a result, the zoning changes will have to be postponed one year and the hearings will have to be re-scheduled.

   Dick Bradstreet is planning a three lot subdivision located off Sherwood Lane. Since the subdivision contains a road, it is classified as a major subdivision.

   The Coffee Shop on Route 3 featuring topless waitresses needs approval for a planned expansion. This meeting is an informal presentation required by the Ordinance as an introduction to the actual proposal. No decision will be made by the Planning Board.
