This lot is located on the north end of Riverside Drive just south of Sherwood Ave. A Paint Ball Business is proposed.

Major Subdivision
A four lot subdivision is proposed off of Riverside Drive directly across from the Holman Day Rd subdivision approved at last month’s Board meeting. Since a new road will provide access to all four lots, the Town Subdivision Ordinance classifies this proposal as a major subdivision.
